Who knows how many of the millions of docs Trump stole, he actually copied. But he had over a year and a half to do it. January, 2021 to August, 2022 when a judge-signed search warrant was executed by the FBI. Still, I don’t remember Jack Smith mentioning the copier.
But it’s right there. Plain as day. Right next to 60 boxes of stolen documents. Documents the FBI seized. That’s not counting the boxes in the bathroom, on the stage, etc.
But what about copies?
Journalists and amateur sleuths were all trying to decide on one reason why Trump stole them.
- To sell?
- To trade?
- Extortion?
- Bragging rights? ✓
- To keep as mementos? ✓
- To release against his political enemies? ✓
- Just because he could (a big ‘fuck you’ to the nation who made him, then rejected him)? ✓
✓ — proven true, already
Or, as I’ve always argued, “ALL OF THE ABOVE??”
But beside this point, the one we are interested in right now, is #2
Trading secrets. For a bond, perhaps? So that he can stave off losing everything, if only for a few short months?
The #1 concern on Trump’s mind right now, is not prison. It is not the poor-house.
The #1 concern on Trump’s mind right now, is people all over the world knowing for certain that he is not a billionaire. That he has never been a billionaire. That he will never be a billionaire.
"Donald Trump is not a billionaire. I’m a billionaire. Donald Trump is a clown who lives on credit." — Mark Cuban, 2016;
See my previous diary, if you don’t believe me. Or take NYAG’s word for it.
DONALD J. TRUMP IS NOT A BILLIONAIRE.
It is quite possible that the most valuable thing Trump “possesses,” is copies he made of those classified documents.
Trump doesn’t even own Trump Tower.
He owns one apartment at Trump Tower
He owns the parking garage at Trump Tower
He owns the valet booth at Trump Tower
He owns room-service kitchens at Trump Tower
He owns a restaurant space at Trump Tower
And……..he owns………………..the lobby bathrooms
So, how will he ever raise that bond?
#2?
From one of his bathrooms?
Remember this?
A May 8th, 2021 video shows former-President Donald Trump aides loading boxes similar to those that contained classified documents in the recent FBI Mar-A-Lago raid onto a plane that was headed to his Bedminster property in New Jersey.
And Donald Trump was PERSONALLY there, overseeing this.
A thought that never crossed my mind until now: What if those boxes were COPIES Trump had made of the most important documents to use for reasons #1, #2, #3, and #6 above?
For the first few months after Biden was inaugurated, nobody heard a peep from Trump.
Was this when he was steadfastly, meticulously directing his aides to copy everything he had personally chosen as useful, from the docs he had stolen?
Or, what if those documents being moved, were the originals?
What better use could Trump have for those stolen docs, then to save Trump’s “empire?”
To save the appearance of even having an “empire?”
And who might be interested in saving Trump’s appearance of an “empire?”
Elon?
Salmon?
Vlad?
I doubt if it’s Warren or Bill or Jeff or Marc or Mark, or Larry………….
I would bet $100 that Trump fought tooth, nail, and gizzard to try to keep his lawyers from claiming in court that he couldn’t come up with that bond.
In fact, it’s burning Trump’s gut do deeply, that just yesterday, Trump negated every argument his lawyers filed, and claimed in a TS post that he had $500mil in cash.
Get it? He has the cash. But he won’t spend it on the bond. To save his “empire.” That he doesn’t even have. Because he needs that $500mil to spend…………..on……………….his…………...campaign.
Something he never, ever did. Something he never, ever WILL do.
The guy who said in 2015, that he’s different from all the other candidates. Because he won’t be beholden to anyone for anything…….…
Because he’s a billionaire……………….
Trump allegedly took classified documents on 'nuclear programs' and more: What to know
Prosecutors alleged disclosure could put U.S. national security "at risk."
According to the indictment, Trump had stored in boxes information "regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the United States and foreign countries; United States nuclear programs; potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack; and plans for possible retaliation in response to a foreign attack."
"The unauthorized disclosure of these classified documents could put at risk the national security of the United States, foreign relations, the safety of the United States military, and human sources and the continued viability of sensitive intelligence collection methods," the indictment reads.
Trump retained documents from several agencies, prosecutors alleged, including the CIA, Department of Defense, the National Security Agency and the Department of Energy.
The indictment does not reveal exactly what is in the classified documents beyond general descriptions of their content.
Who he shared them with
Prosecutors claimed Trump presented classified information to other people on two occasions.
The indictment presents evidence that Trump shared information about a "plan of attack" against another country to a writer and publisher who visited his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf club in July 2021.
"Secret. This is secret information," Trump told them, the indictment said.
