There is a flood of “news articles” about Trump and the Republicans out there on the Web, far too many to read on a daily basis. My criteria for reading such stuff is whether or not it will have any significance in the future. Otherwise, it’s just click bait Intended for you to read and feel better for a few seconds — junk food for the Dems. Such stories make you feel good for a moment, but have no long term value. Using that filter — will this story mean anything down the road? — here are the types of stories you can safely ignore:
Any story about Trump with the word “could” in the headline. Stuff that “could” happen rarely does, and if it does, you can read about it then.
Any story about Trump with the term “ex-Prosecutor says” in the headline. They are always wrong.
Any story about an election less than 60 days out with the word “investigation “ in the headline. If your side needs an investigation of the opponent to win, you are losing. Move on to something else.
Any story about a Republican official you never heard of and sex. Since you don’t see similar stories about Dems doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Members of both parties are humans, which means they both commit such crimes.
Any story about White House staffers being alarmed, concerned, frustrated, angry, whatever. They don’t mean anything.
Any story about Contempt of Congress. Like Barr is going to prosecute anyone. Waste of electrons. If you disagree, look up “Eric Holder” and “contempt of Congress” on the Google.
Stories about pronouncements from “presidential historians”.
Comments from ex-GOP officials criticizing Trump. The Deplorables don’t care about what they have to say. The percent of actual Republican voters who would pull the lever for a Dem presidential candidate is less than 10 percent.
Any stories about national polls and Trump’s numbers. There are literally millions of Dems in New York and California who hate Trump, and who respond to polls. Those “excess” millions in New York and California heavily impact national polls.
”MSNBC Commentator Trashes Trump” = “Water is Wet”.
Stories about Trump and campaign finance violations. Do you really care if Trump’s campaign pays a fine?
i hope you find this useful.
