Nydia Tisdale, video jounalist, was stopped from recording a Republican Campaign Rally attended by Governor Nathan Deal at Burt's Pumpkin Farm in north Georgia on August 23, 2014. She was arrested by an off-duty officer of the Dawson County Sheriffs Department who was providing event security.
