Immigration protests got fabulous turnouts this past weekend. L.A. had hundreds of thousands in the streets. A truly awesome sight!
Antiwar 3rd Anniversary had about 15,000 in attendance. I brought 4, 3 teens and a friend, my friend said "What Rally?"
This is the difference in turnouts, the immigration rally was heavily advertised on Latino radio staions like KSCA FM. People heard about it and took to the streets. We need advertising for protests etc. on all stations that people listen to. If they knew, they would come.
Commercials need to be made on the order of 3 years which can be seen at peacetakescourage.com, or No Bravery a February entrant in the Contagious Festival at the Huffington Post.
We all need to bear witness. DAILY!
