Mobilizing Milwaukee voters will be critical in unseating Governor John Doe. The turnout in Milwaukee county in 2008 for Obama was 316,916 and in 2010 the turnout dropped to 209,929 for a dropoff of 106,987. Barack Obama won by 14%. If we are to win this election these voters must turnout. Statewide 400,000 voters that voted in 2008 did not cast a ballot in 2010.
