My son, a friend of his and I went to see Michael Moore's Slacker Tour 04 here in Nashville last night. The folk singer, Steve Earl sang his song "Rich Man's War" which was in the movie Farenheit 9-11. Earl said he had two sons at the age to be drafted and that he had been invited to a Kerry gig in New Mexico but opted for Nashville (he lives here) because we are going to take Tennessee back from red to blue for Kerry/Edwards.
The show was put on by Music Row Democrats who have new ads out starting Monday; one starring Morgan Freeman. You can see them here;

Also there is a new song they are putting out on Monday as well called; "I'm Taking My Country Back!" It's by Honkey Tonkers For Truth.(the voice singing sounds familiarly famous) You can download it at the Music Row Democrats site as well. It needs to be played as much as possible, and we all know it's a repugnut radio media but if we all request the song on country radio stations just maybe it will catch on and be demanded. I'm more of a bluegrass fan but I like this song and I think it's important that it be heard. (Call your radio stations and request it)
Michael Moore was fun to hear. For anyone that has the chance, it's not all young people, it's an all age crowd. Michael is a true believer in Freedom and getting rid of Bushwacker.
While we are at it the front page of the Sunday Tennessean has a poll you can help Kerry with; he's got a small lead right now so give it a shove you guys ha.
