    that could hear this.  The International Criminal Court is set up by the Treaty of Rome, and prosecutes offenses committed by citizens of signatories.  Unless the UN Security Council refers the matter to the ICC, they couldn't even consider the case since we haven't signed the treaty.

      supposed to ignore evidence that exonerates a suspect. but it seems to me that rule get violated all the time.

      disregarding such evidence should be a crime in of itself. prosecutors who violate such rules don't even get a slap on the wrist.
