Every answer is the same: WE have to do it.

The media won't film the police brutality, so we have to do it. If we want the various bloggers to cover it, we have to write the comments and the blog posts. We have to stir the pot on Twitter and Facebook. We have to send money to the protesters for food, medical supplies, and such. And so forth.

Ultimately, of course, the answer will be, "We have to join our brothers and sisters in the street." But we can't all do that yet, and at this point, we all don't need to. I think at some point we will.

But just like the OWS protesters pointed out the media black out, I am pointing out this.

Thousands of years ago the question was asked: 'Am I my brother's keeper?' That question has never yet been answered in a way that is satisfactory to civilized society. ~ Eugene V. Debbs

I was writing with an eye to a more general reader who might not be sure what he/she can do to advance the protests.
