platform on the BBC. I'm struggling to think of anything on Radio 4s schedule recently that even approaches H2G2. There is plenty on it that is funny, but mostly panel shows. There are plenty of great dramas, one off plays etc. I think 'McLevy' with Brian Cox is fabulous and and I was introduced to my personal favourite book 'The master and margerita' by Mikhail Bulgharkov, as a drama serial that aired during my Friday commute (Andrew Lloyd Webber has bought the rights and will desecrate it as a musical lshortly).

I have been trying to get my Children into speech based radio, but they are faced with so many channels of communication these days, that i find it hard to believe that something like h2g2 would get enough attention today even of if it was made by the BBC.

Perhaps we could use and Radio and Listeners tag to complement the Readers and Books?
