    I also remember those times, having graduated in '72 from UWLaX.  My very first job was at the Mayo Clinic which covered all medical costs for employees......none of this copay stuff.

    Keep up the good work you do.  We so need a way to cure the cruelty and greed that the other party has in abundance.

      In those days insurance was run much better without the major profit motives that seemed to be injected with steroids in the 1980s Age of Greed.  While we still had plenty of people who were uninsured, there were public hospitals and clinics that served many, although clearly not all, of those folks.

      We desparately need single payer health care not just to ensure that everyone gets treated, but to get a handle on the costs due to unquenchable greed.

      There already is class warfare in America. Unfortunately, the rich are winning.
