    A reputable lawyer would likely take the case on a contingency basis, and taking a case on contingency means you're pretty sure you'll win it. So if anyone's gonna be running out of money, it'll be Halifax.

      contingency, you still have the face the possibility that you will not win the case. And the loss means bankruptcy. Have you faced one of these cases. My co-worker, who had signed the same damned "contract" that the rest of us signed. So I saw it play out.

      One contingency lawyer or lawfirm against an army of lawyers. So go ahead, you feeling lucky.... well are you? That is what position we were put into.

      This better be good. Because it is not going away.
