    It's the hassle of having to replace something more often that I want to avoid. And if the American one is defective it's much easier to get it fixed or get a replacement.

    I've got some small appliances I've had for 30 years or more. Heck, my Ford is 14 years old and running like a champ.

    Buy American!! Look for the union label!!
