    and the controls on costs they will bring, just keep in mind that the health insurers are the world's experts at gaming regulations and have never failed to do so to their benefit.  I think the reality is that optimism is unrealistic in this scenario.  Indeed, they are already gaming the MLR "requirement."

      In Canada (British Columbia) a single person pays $60/month (maximum rate) for health care if their income exceeds $30,000.  A sliding scale of subsidies for those with less income, down to zero cost if you are broke.  Likewise, a couple pay $109/month, and a family of three or more pay $121/month.  Drugs cost 1/3 to 1/4 of the cost here in the US.
      The ACA is a cruel joke which only serves to ensconce the pedestal which the insurance companies hold.  President 1% and Mittens let us down with that joke.  Keep waiting lol...
