  •  A PRODUCTION SHEET? For nurses? WTF?! (10+ / 0-)

I work in a factory. Everyday, I have to fill out a sheet that lists all the parts I've x-rayed and developed film for to get ready for inspection. When I generate the numbers for the parts, I have to list that, too. I'm given a window of about 5 minutes per tray of parts. That's way more than enough time.

They want to make sure I'm doing my share and not walking around and wasting time. This makes us look good. "Oh, look how many parts they got done today!"

But people? People aren't airplane parts. There isn't a specified time for how long each task would take while caring for a PERSON.

There is no reason for this except that the Gov. feels that home care providers aren't worthy of being trusted to do a full day's work. He's trying to gouge them and cut their money if there is one hour left unaccounted on their production reports. That's workplace terrorism if you ask me.

It's insulting, too. Good on Tonia. That bastard Governor needed to hear it right from her mouth.
