    Nor do ISPs have the technology to track their clients' search history. That's something that can be tracked by your browser.

      They certainly CAN track and save it.

      However ... If you use a VPN they certainly can not :)

      I hope that the quality of debate will improve,
      but I fear we will remain Democrats.
