points, out he has made some token gestures in our direction of late, and considering his vehement opposition to all things uncomfortable to the parasite class previously, the last few months have been a turn around.

season kabuki. Anybody who thinks Obama is on the side of the 99% hasn't been, and is not, paying attention.

He's almost certainly going to win in November. It's also almost certainly going to be irrelevant, because every single person currently running for the office is interested in protecting the 1%. The way they tinker around the edges and the rhetoric they use to keep the useful voters in line differs, but precious little else does.

Whatever problems some of us have with Obama, I don't want a Republican to have the opportunity to make nominations to the Supreme Court after the next election.

I want another Ruth Bader Ginsberg, who produces those well-researched and brilliant briefs.  I want another "wise Latina" who thoroughly and intelligently interrogates the attorneys presenting their cases.

I don't want another Clarence Thomas, Scalia or Roberts.

The next Supreme Court may well be making decisions about the reproductive rights of American women and other issues of deep importance, and not just for the next four years.  For a long time.

That an Obama victory in 2012 we will see Obama UnPlugged.

Let's give him the majorities in Congress to get the job done.
