We have a photograph of the governor of a state jabbing her finger at the president.

At that point, we're trying to figure out WTF.

Speculation includes something that more than one poster has said had already been a point of speculation within the state., Maybe it had been spurious to speculate about it before, but that is done.

    That's on the one hand.

On the other hand, you have, with no other basis than that his father was a Muslim in a far different era, you hve speculation that the "other"ness president belongs to the religion that to some extent we are in open hostilities with. And this spedculation occurs in a landscape of the opposition party doing what it can to paralyze the government so long as said otherness president is running it.

to the people of Arizona, just as Boehner's similar condition is no secret in Ohio's 8th district or in D.C. Also, I think both have a similar tanning addiction. I was shocked to look up Brewer just now and learn she is only 67. She has the face of someone deep into her 80s. Actually, I visited my friend's 89-year-old mother yesterday in the rehab center (she broke her hip) and she definitely has fewer wrinkles than Brewer.

experienced a Az. summer day esp in Phx then you'd be in for a treat...115 with 10% humidity  and the sun has a physical pressure unlike anywhere I've been including the other southwestern deserts.....

As for Jan having a drinking problem, this is the first I've heard here in Tucson....If this reporter from some paper I've never heard of claims this is common knowledge, I wonder why I and so many other Tucsonan's never heard of it?

She was a Maricopa cty Sup. before Sec State so she's all Maricopa....Pima had nothing to do with her and little to do with her election........
