    If it's aimed at an individual and based on specific actions that individual has performed. You often see the sign in restaurants "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone"; it's there so that restaurants can throw a drunk out, for instance, for being disorderly. This business owner is fully within her rights to refuse service to this individual based on his support of his stupid law and his statements to Michaelangelo Signorile.

    I say there should be more of this. If some ignorant politician wants to claim that my existence is a threat to society, than I should have the right to refuse to wait on that person in a restaurant, provide non-emergency health services, or to do their taxes. Every one of these right-wing nutjobs has bisexual, gay and lesbian people around them, not to mention allies. It is high time we treat them with the contempt they deserve.

    The speed with which someone tells you they're a Christian is inversely proportional to the probability they'll act like one.
