    These La Nina years have flattened out global warming  (not "declining") but plateauing at record high temperatures. Shouldn't these weather patterns be giving us some "cool" years like 2007, except the cooling part seems to be broken?

    And this La Nina pattern has not brought the east coast n'oreaster blizzards of 1988, 1995, 1998.  There's been some bad storms in this cycle, but nothing like before.

      ....not for a long time.  The contributions are continuing and in some cases accellerating.  Until they cease, climate won't setting into any kind of pattern.

      And we'll never get back to where we were until there's an actual reversal. If that's even possible.
