Last year about this time we had freeze after freeze in the low 20's and High teen's.   Temps that low used to be a one or two time thing every 2 to 5 years.  Usually February would also feature balmy but cool weather.
This past couple of weeks has been uncomfortably warm and humid.  The flowers are blooming, the weeds are growing and it feels lake late spring.
For all I know, it could freeze next week.
We used to have big mean thunder boomers from the southwest almost daily they would come, flood and knock out power making my trip home include stop lights not working.   I haven't seen those in a decade.

Meanwhile,  the rich get richer, I get poorer.  Rick Scott has eaten away at my paycheck and retirement.
I'd love to get an electric car and charge it with grid tied solar cells,  but then, I can't afford that and meanwhile   I park in a garage half full of trucks twice as long as the parking spots available and they wonder when they're leaving why I have to back out all the way before I can see if anyone is coming. They are more concerned about the price of gas than what their own effect on the grand scheme of things is.
The Fox news junkies really need deprogramming, but alas it seems to be a lost cause.

We seem to be the only ones on this ship of fools who see the iceburg coming.

Prove me wrong and I'll change my mind.

last Monday (according to my sinuses), a couple of weeks earlier than usual.  It's hardwood tree pollens.  It's going to be a long spring...

My sinuses definitely believe in global warming!
