    The video doesn't have sound, so if there's any point where the officers shout prior to their entry, they'll probably just say that was the point when they identified themselves as police.

    That will be countered by testimony from witnesses who say they didn't identify themselves, but I doubt a jury will accept that they never shouted "police!" during the three minutes they spent trying to break into the house. Because juries like television, and that's what police do on TV shows.
