calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D, you should take vitamin K2. As we get older, calcium is deposited in inappropriate places. It is part of why we lose skin tone as we age, and get hardening of the arteries. Vitamin K2 prevents (and excitingly may reverse) this process. This will keep our skin and our arteries much healthier.

Many companies already put K2 in their skin creams, but I would take it internally, not just externally.

They have some positive results in rats bred for arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). When put on K2, advanced cases reverse themselves. It also has implications for heart valves that stop closing completely and need replacing in some older people. It would prevent this by stopping the calcium from being deposited in the valves, which is what causes this condition.

In short it helps keep the calcium in the bones and prevents build up in soft tissue.

Truth is harmonious, lies are discordant.
