  •  The prosecutor blew it, not the court ... (12+ / 0-) least nothing I've seen about this case indicates that a Seminole County court judge, clerk or other court employee has had any contact with this case yet.

This state's attorney, Wolfinger, has definitely got some 'splainin' to do, however.

    •  I have my own idea of what (13+ / 0-)

happened down here.  I can't post it and I can't prove it but  it is pretty obvious to me, knowing how things are supposed to work in the FDLE and this is not the first time I have seen a State Attorney dismiss an ugly situation.  Fact.  The only way there will be true justice and then it is a 50/50 chance is to have the DOJ take over the entire case and start investigating a lot of things.   Shiny objects.  Big Shiny objects.  There is so much being looked at that the real truth is being lost in the shuffle.  Why do you suppose all of this info is being put out there?    This not only does not pass the smell test but it stinks to high heaven.  Deeper and higher than a little police dept. you remember a conversation OHC and me had some years back..,,maybe 2003 on smirking chimp about a little town in Florida when I worked at the pd?  think back.  No I do not find it odd at all that the first person talking to Zimmerman was a narcotics detective.  This young man was more than murdered and the lies on him to discredit him have already started and right on cue.

This family did the right thing bringing in the spotlight and getting the people behind them.  That is the one thing that makes me feel that justice may somehow get served.  They are not ignorant people.  Thank God the people are not buying this story..this time.
