    It is highly irregular to not have an inquest at least.

    A Catholic, Jew, Muslim and Buddhist walk into Al Aqsa Mosque. Buddhist immediately exclaims: "excuse me I appear to be in the wrong joke."

      Cops are always very agressive -- almost everyone is guilty in their eyes.

      The prosecutors can be just as bad -- they love to take cases they think the can win. But they hate to lose.

      The prosecutor thought this case -- at the time (as the investigation can proceed w/o an arrest) was a loser. So he did not press charges.
