      the insurance company is looking for a way out and from the comments above being unemployed is, I don't know how else to pu it, a medical or pre-existing condition. Since a doctor at the hospital put the code for "unemployed'" on the chart and that code was not on the pre-admission form, the insurance company used that excuse, and apparently a valid legal excuse, to deny the whole claim.

        only a contrbuting factor and really, should not have been entered. Sinc it was, it did create a loop hole.

        You are exactly correct. This happnes with all insurance companies, 5,000 times a day at least
