Sorry if I do not trust these people to understand who is and who isn't advancing their interest.

Anyone voting Republican since the 70s is a fool, or a selfish rich person.

Conservatism = greed, hate, fear and ignorance

I've lived your frustration for too long, Joe.
Example after example of the dishonesty and greed behind every republican plan proposal, etc. And people shrug, stare blankly, or tell me I'm wrong about things like trickle down.
But when you've just come from your third refusal of a raise in five years while your boss is driving yet another new car, your kid's tuition is going to make college unattainable, and Dad's heart condition means you could all be homeless (maybe not so bad since that balloon payment nearly got you foreclosed on anyway), then, suddenly, the things the comfortable people have been telling you start to ring a little hollow.
      THAT is a teachable moment.
I try to be patient, but it has been a long, long string of insults to the American way of life coming from the right, and those who chose not to notice for so damn long admittedly piss me off.

Class war has consequences, and we are living them.
