    I don't know if it means anything, but it is interesting that his original lawyers withdrew and he has a new lawyer now.

      which, if it is true is a little heartless considering this guy was the campaign manager for all this time.  Not that I thank him for getting Walker's political career going, but still, you would think there would be some loyalty there.  Or am I reading into this?

        IANAL, but is there any chance the Prosser case could advance to US court? If it can't be heard in state court, it seems justice would be denied by complicity of the state bench. And isn't that itself a RICO violation?

        Just wondering, and thinking out loud.

        Thanks for the updates Puddytat, I wanna see Walker go down like a sky diver without a parachute. Carrying a piano. Or an anvil. Or both. Definitely both.
