    The "training" was this morning.

For the last few years, I have worked within my local Democratic Party infrastructure and won the position of County Convention Chair four years ago through a parliamentary challenge. I have been appointed to the position for the last two elections, with confirming votes.

This year will make my fourth State Convention, three as County Delegation Chair. I was able to pass two resolutions locally and have the support of many County and Commission Chairs towards getting them passed at the State Convention.

It isn't flashy, nor is there any immediate satisfaction from working within the system, but the system can be used to effect change, eventually.
