actually had enough SPINE to make the Call.

He Normally Rolls Over and Plays Dead, Espically when
the Criminal involved is a member of His Own Party.

The Same way that Kelly Ayotte did Absolutely Nothing
    during the FMR Mortgage Scandal.

It's a New Hampshire State Tradition.

If Wingnut Looser James O'Keefe was a Democrat,
the State of New Hampshire would Start World War 3
to Toss his Worthless Ass in Jail.

    •  Doubt Delaney's a Republican (1+ / 0-)

In NH the AG is appointed by the Governor, who is Democrat John Lynch. I couldn't find any information on Delaney's politics, but he has targetted financial crimes (by bankers and financiers) which doesn't sound like your typical Republican. Before becoming AG he was the governor's legal counsel, which also is usually (not invariably) someone of the same party and political leanings as the governor.

NH also doesn't have a lot of patience with out-of-staters committing fraud in elections -- the AG's office and Secretary of State's office have both tried hard (mostly successfully) to run clean elections.

    •  Hold that thought on Ayotte just in case the (0+ / 0-)

woman with "more experience than Obama had in 2008" is chosen by Rmoney.

    •  AG would make call if this kid isn't a rich, Ivy (0+ / 0-)

League son of a wealthy contributor.  If Ivy League was in play, kid would be scott free. Too bad he's just a poor slob.
