  •  I am fine and I have learned lessons from what (5+ / 0-)

happened. I will not be silenced in talking about the abuse and I will NOT accept blame. I am tired of others wanting me to deny so they feel more comfortable. I am tired of others looking at me as if they can't trust me with thier child when I am the most likely to step up to defend anyone being abused because I know how life affirming and uplifting it is to be believed and defended. To receive that is to be able to share community at all. I am tired of the attitudes that continue to mean children are looked at as possessions rather than a loving responsibility to help them become the best they can be.

GOOD FOR YOU. We all have our bad moments when the child within rises but I know how to soothe her because I love her and want her to be at peace... I feel like one of those Russian dolls at time and that child within is the heart of my pain and rage at all who see others as something to be used for whatever sick reason they have. It informs me about the price of behaviors and the consequences for all involved.  I respect that as the only good thing that I came away with. Is it a balance ... no but it is a life preserver. Good damn rant. We are not damaged and defective ... we are survivors who turned a shit pie into something of value ...

How can you tell when Rmoney is lying? His lips are moving. Fear is the Mind Killer
