    and getting worse. The ag economy depends on enough water. Sometimes it arrives just in time; sometimes it doesn't. On the other hand, sometimes the problem is too much water and floods. That could still happen this year after the drought kills the crops, there could be a week of super heavy rain and flooding. Or maybe not.

    If the rains come in time to save the corn and beans, and there is no flooding, people will once again forget about global warming.
