    do nothing.  It is aptly named. The "party of no" is home to people who "mean well," but do nothing.  Or, perhaps, they take the intent for the act.  If they mean well, then reality will follow as if by magic.  If they have faith, then all things are possible. A faith-based government is not related to any particular principle of just and moral behavior. Faith-based administration posits that intent is the beginning and the end.  That's why "the road to hell is paved with good intentions."

    It is not a new problem.

      the kid of kids who became Bainies aren't the sort who ignore stuff. They're hyperactive. Mitt could not have ignored stuff for 3 to 4 years.
