Looks like the registration number on the boat was painted over or something, so he got charged with boat no registration. Then he was a dick to the cop, who told him not to launch it, and launched the boat, hence a disorderly conduct.

The unregistered boat might have been a misdemeanor (maybe) but it looks like it was reduced to not be one. The disorderly conduct means he was a dick, but it's not a crime. So, of course, it was all sealed. Because the law requires that it be sealed if there's no conviction of a crime. And he paid a fine.

I simply cannot believe in light of Rmoney's awful record, his signing bain documents that are evidently false, his lies about almost everything, his tax return nonsense, Seamus the dog, the car elevators, the dancing horse, and a thousand other horror stories, most of which should probably be enumerated here if I had time, that this bogus "criminal record" story makes it into the top 25 awful things he's done. It doesn't. It makes us look like a bunch of pissants.

Please read and enjoy my novella, Tulum, available in soft cover and eBook formats.
