Can we please finally retire the overuse of that word around here? I didn't think it was possible to hate something more than the indiscriminate use of the word "BREAKING" or its predecessor (gushings a la Sally Field in reaction to having made the rec list) but after experiencing several weeks of evisceration (and many other words all trying to convey a savagery that frankly the stories themselves don't possess 99% of the time) I vote we retire the word.  Give it a crown, take a portrait, and let it go to its well-deserved rest.

Except in the context of something that really does qualify as evisceration.

and my nanna, oh, and my little dog Bo-bo, and just all the people, just everybody, for Rec'ing my diary, this means so much to me, you don't even know, I wrote this before going to bed and didn't think anything of it, and what do you know, when I woke up, I awoke to the biggest surprise EVER, my very first time on the Rec list, and I just don't even know what to say.  I am speechless.  Even though I just wrote this long big thank you."

LOllolololll.  I know what you mean :p
