      employee, who approved the event:

      Juanita Sherba, St. Vincent’s Saturday coordinator for the dining hall, said she gave the Ryan campaign approval that day for the visit by the candidate and his family.

      Sherba say she now realizes it wasn’t her call to make.

      So much for Ramrodding.

      Nothing in that article about donations, either, except for this:

      Antal said he’s received several phone calls and emails from donors who are “not pleased” that Ryan used the soup kitchen as a photo op.
      I would assume that those critics were Dems or neutral and/or lefties, which then led to the claim that it was "ramrodded", and that claim led to grief from GOP supporters. That any of the latter are significant donors would surprise the hell out of me.
