and a deep-fryer, little countertop model, which we use to make fish-n-chips about once a month (only way for this to be affordable is to do it at home); and we have a "countertop hibachi", electric grill, which we use a fair amount, instead of frying pans (hamburgers, pork chops, hotdogs, etc). we do use the Wok lid with it, to keep spattering down, but it also makes steam and aerosolized grease clouds...

if the power was better or the stove top larger, we probably COULD operate those two directly under the exhaust fan, but as it is, it's too crowded to do that...

"real" work : a job where you wash your hands BEFORE you use the bathroom...

rental when I was young.  I never even gave it a thought, but the landlord probably noticed after I left!

Most of my grilling is outside now, I finally broke down and got propane, (as close to my charcoal hibachi as I could find!) and now I can step outside to grill.  The stove has a broiler for when the grill is put away in the winter.

I don't fry fish at home; once was enough!  Now it is baked, broiled or sauteed' in a little butter.  I don't eat the fried batter anyway, so everyone else gets it the way I like it!

Please donate to Okiciyap food pantry. . If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.
