Killing the CIA agents as it was keeping them from discovering whatever the hell was in the wall.

Although, you would think that Roya would have mentioned getting the important box out of the wall when they were trying to get the tailor to a safe house.

However, I have read some comments that wonder whether Abu Nazir has known since everything went down in Beirut that Brody's status has been compromised.

al-Qaeda/Hezbollah knows that the SD card with Brody's confession is missing. The security agent at the Beirut airport was specifically looking for the damn thing. So I have heard the theory that Roya sending Brody on a trip to the safe house with the tailor wasn't really about the tailor, and was actually meant for either killing/moving Brody out of the country.

When did the CIA first become aware of the tailor?

It was before Brody was taken into custody, right?

Had his shop been under (CIA) surveillance during the entire two week period between his death and their learning of it?

If not, why wouldn't the bad guys have gone in there before they arrived and removed the box and patched up the wall, etc?
