    BGEA was the epitome of self serving, religious hypocrisy. It angers me that Franklin Graham has bird dogged the President's Christianity while sweeping away, without hesitation, the cult status of Mormonism. I think St. Paul would have counseled a different way--you are to take a believer aside, privately to admonish him, not embrace the "pagan" who share your values. This is not to offend non-Christians, but certainly it is what is proscribed in the Bible.

    Christianity, like Islam, is at a crossroads with modernity and a society that places value upon freedom. Unfortunately, spiritual seekers are finding it harder to embrace Christianity as fundamentalists seem to be more intent upon plucking the beam out of others eyes before removing the plank in their own.
