    ...came awfully close to being your president a couple of days ago. Even his motor functions are screwed up and weird people out.

    I would have pulled out all the stops to expose him if I didn't already know how the election was going to come out.

    Nonetheless, I'd like to see it unfold naturally that religios lobbyists and leaders drift the hell out of the Federal Government. It is not to be used as their blessed pulpit.

      Rationality is my "god," and a rational look at the polls indicated that Mr. Magic Underwear was not nearly as close to being my president as might generally have been thought.  

      And I'm not against pulling out "all the stops" if a similar situation happens in the future. However, I do believe that we're almost past the tipping point of possibility for one of the religiously insane to gain the support needed to win a national election... As such, we let should let them go off and implode on their own without acknowledging them publicly, while keeping a careful watch by the sidelines...
