      they spent $19-million on the web site.

      It sucked. They had 2-million distinct URLs coming in every day and couldn't sell anything. They couldn't install a Receivables module or hook up for commercial sourcing.

      A $500,000 problem turned into a $19-million boondoggle. Nothing important for making money worked.

      Same thing for Romney.

      Mis-, mal-, and nonfeasance at IT management.
