Don't think Rounds loses the primaries. That would be shocking if it does.

I think alot of the sabotage with these teapublicans folks, is going to happen in the races down South.

Look at Missouri, even tho geographically it's Midwestern, it has alot of Southern aspects to it. Plus it borders Southern states. It reminds me of James Carville's sayin about PA. Philly and Pittsburgh on each side with Alabama in the middle. That's exactly the same with Missouri, but it's KC and the Lou, instead of Philly and Pittsburgh.

I already see Chambliss and Graham losing their primaries.

Let Paul Broun challenge Chambliss in a Senate primary.

the only problem would be if SD objects to the rounds dynasty, but even that seems unlikely.  What would be interesting is if Johnson  calls Rounds bluffs, runs again and both go positive.  Rounds won the GOP GOV nomination back in 2002 because he was the only positive campaign against two negative republicans, he might feel compelled to do the same, especially because of johnson's stroke.

A purely positive race between the two would be hard to handicap.  On the one hand, it's a very conservative state, but if Rounds can't hang obamacare etc around Johnson, it might be harder to justify kicking out a long term, well liked senator who suffered a mild brain injury.

One footnote, one of Rounds' brothers (there's like 8) was a professor of mine when I got my undergraduate degree and wrote a letter of recommendation for me to grad school, so this may be slightly biased.
