    The only one near me right now is CA-31. It's a blue district in adjacent San Bernardino County, but because of the top two primary changes in CA (and THAT is a holy f'n mess in a lunch bag if you ask me and should be repealed), they voted in a republican ...


    ...they voted in a dem.

    So, in essence, the top to winners in CA's screwed up top-two primary resulted in two republicans running against one another for the seat. In the primary, the dem came in third. In other districts, it was the reverse with Berman/Sherman (both dems) running against one another.
