    in my county, Ohio's largest. That's all legit. In in-person early voting, we were told to give everyone a ballot, even if it was clear they weren't a valid, registered voter, or even a U.S. citizen. Those were all provisional, to be checked later. Rather than being disenfranchising, provisionals actually expand the opportunity to vote, for instance, to people who moved and never updated their registration or people who never registered in their new county.

    Here in Cuyahoga, we have two judicial races, a state house race, and a levy in Strongsville all hanging by a thread.
