    When Republicans win.  They win, they waste no time implementing as radical an agenda as they can.  In Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and more.  When Democrats win, they start searching for middle ground, common cause, bipartisan agreement.  They never get it, of course.  Democratic politicians are afraid of winning.
