    Join it if you can. They are using the techniques of nonviolence in a world-historic struggle against a grave global injustice. If I were not with a young family and insecure employment I would be there. I can't afford to get arrested though. This is the Civil Rights struggle of our time, and in some ways more profound because a segregated drinking fountain is surely to be preferred to a drought. Help them any way you can.

      of organizations playing different roles. People who cannot afford to be on the ground for one reason or another can still participate by various forms of other support: funding, food, supplies, logistics, PR/media relations, outreach, coalition-building, lobbying, action planning, etc.

      Purging predominantly minority voters and requiring them to present IDs to vote in the face of VIRTUALLY NON-EXISTENT VOTER FRAUD is RACISM! I hereby declare all consenting Republicans RACISTS until they stand up and object to these practices!
