      So, this diary's proposal seems to be that we tax gambling mechanisms which happen to be the major driver of our economy at this time.

      Let that mechanism finally take responsibility for its de facto role in our economy and perhaps help stabilize it to promote value over abstract arbitrage, perhaps.
