    What is he talking about?

It makes him sound slightly deranged. I had to read what he said three times to figure out how "ground game" came to mean negative advertising.

He also said the President won due to "voter suppression" Then he defines voter suppression as negative advertising against Mitt Romney.

The only thing I can figure is that this is an extension of his tactic to attack an opponent's strength and turn it into a weakness.

OFA has an incredibly strong ground game organization, that every politician wishes they had at their disposal.

So rather than learning how this unique non-astro turfed Get Out the Vote machine was built, and admitting that the GOP's Get Out the Vote effort still lags, Rove just smears what OFA has been all about since 2008, by saying "the Democratic campaign ground game was more effective in communicating negative information."

The choice of our lifetime: Mitt Romney, It Takes A Pillage or President Barack Obama, Forward Together.
