    should be reported, whether ultimately allowed or disallowed, and if disallowed the reason therefor. The names and addresses of provisional voters whose ballots are disallowed should be published. All provisional ballots should be preserved for at least 120 days.

    •  All of that is already done, at least in Ohio (0+ / 0-)

      And in Ohio EVERYTHING relating to an election must be kept for 22 months. All provisional ballots can be tracked and are required to have extensive paperwork attached to each one disallowed. I've spent the last eight days doing this.
