    especially in fast food places. Almost none of them have healthy choices.

    I eat out once or twice a week usually in healthy, non-chain restaurants. I don't eat that much and usually take home enough for another lunch. Breakfast is toast or cereal. I cook one or two big healthy dinners a week and microwave leftovers with an added veg for variety for an extra couple of meals each time. Cooking really isn't much effort and it is way healthier and cheaper.

    Go for it.  

    We have only just begun and none too soon.
