    if bank refused to sell debt to RJ v. a credit collection agency, all else (price) equal?

    Why should a lender care what happenes to the debt after they have sold it at market value?

      I am not an anti-trust lawyer but perhaps if there was market collusion not to sell to a single person that would be unfair and anti-competitive...but you'd have to ask a lawyer who actually knows something about that area of law.
